In 1982, Penn Attorneys started expanding service outside Erie County through our approved attorney system. This has resulted in continuous growth due primarily to our prompt and efficient service coupled with our low rates. Our approved attorneys (now numbering over 1,700) have come to depend on our support and service.

Penn Attorneys issues policies only to Pennsylvania lawyers for their use in closing real estate transactions for both lenders and owners. There are no approval fees or minimum volume requirements. Through First American Title Insurance Company, we reinsure the amount on each policy that is in excess of $80,000.
