- CLE EVENTS
Partnering with various accredited CE and CLE providers, Penn Attorneys sponsors several events a year featuring
discussions on real estate matters. We might be coming to your neighborhood! Watch for notification of
any upcoming CLE Event scheduled in your area.
- "HOW YOUR ATTORNEY WORKS FOR YOU" BROCHURE
Available at no charge to active approved attorneys is a brochure entitled, "Your Real Estate Transaction:
How Your Attorney Works for You." The brochure combines information about the role of the attorney in
a real estate transaction and the benefits of title insurance. The brochure and display holder will remain
available as long as supplies last. A quantity of 10 brochures is the standard order. Special quantities
may be available upon request.

We offer training sessions to our approved attorneys and their staff. Contact us to schedule a session today

- QUICK TITLE SERVICE
This is a service where we check our title archives and provide you with a "Quick Title Report" that
supplies title information through a specific date and time. Then, instead of performing a full search, all
you have to do is a bringdown search and an Attorney's Preliminary Certificate and Report on Title. We combine
the information and process your title insurance request in record time--saving you time and money and limiting
your exposure. Simply execute and submit the Quick
Title Inquiry/Order to your servicing Penn Attorneys office via fax or e-mail.
The following services require the establishment of an account:
- E-MAIL SERVICE FOR COMMITMENTS AND INSTANT POLICIES
If you would like to use e-mail to send your title applications to us, you will first need to execute and
submit the PIN Agreement. You will use the
approved PIN number on your title applications, instead of your signature, to verify that you have reviewed
it and certify its accuracy. Additionally, if you would like to receive your Commitments and/or Instant
Policies via e-mail, please execute and submit the E-mail
Service Registration.
- VALUE-ADDED DISCOUNT SERVICES
In affiliation with First American Title Insurance Company, Penn Attorneys is able to provide you with privileged
access to and discounts on various products and services--allowing you to run your business more efficiently
and economically. Some of these discounts include:

For your convenience, we have provided enrollment forms for our discount programs with FedEx and UPS. In
order to apply for either of these discounts, you must already have an established account with the vendor.

To obtain further information or to enroll in any of the other value-added discount programs, you will need
to first establish an account at EagleCentral--First American's Agent website. Click
to be directed to EagleCentral and then select "Apply Online." Once your application has been
approved, you will receive a user name and password and can then access information on other programs.
