Electronic Forms
For your convenience, we provide our title application forms in Microsoft Word format. You may access the Word forms on AgentNet.
Legal Description Verification
We use a software program to plot the legal description, verifying that all directional calls are included as well as the closure of the parcel.  
Personalized Training
We offer training sessions to our approved attorneys and their staff. The training sessions are generally held in the Erie, Pennsylvania office, but may be scheduled at your location, upon request (subject to staff availability and favorable weather conditions).
